The Paywatch Refer & Earn ("the Promotion") is organised by PT Paywatch Solutions Indonesia {1407230100002) {"Paywatch").

This Promotion is applicable to all Paywatch Indonesia app user.

There are two types of eligible participants:

• Affiliates are existing Paywatch Indonesia users who have a unique referral code by registering for Paywatch IDapp. This unique referral code is available in the "My Profile" page of Paywatch ID app.

• Friends are someone new who is referred to Paywatch ID app via an Affiliate.

The Friend is required to input an Affiliate's unique referral code upon their first-time sign up on to the Paywatch ID app.

Successful referral happens when the Friend successfully sign up on to the Paywatch ID app with the Affiliate's unique referral code and successfully completed employment binding.

Both the Affiliate and Friend will receive 20000 points bonus respectively for every successful referral.

There is no limit to the frequency an Affiliate's unique referral code can be used during the Campaign Period. For clarity, this means an Affiliate can refer as many Friends as they wish.

User will be able to redeem the 20000 points as part of their withdrawal request. In event where user chose to do so, user will receive their salary advance and cashback bonus credited to their bank account.

The Promotion is only applicable to the valid Paywatch account throughout the Promotion Period. Any user who terminates their Paywatch account during the Promotion Period shall be automatically disqualified and shall not be entitled to any bonus.

This Promotion is not exchangeable or replaceable for cash.

PT Paywatch Solutions Indonesia shall have its own rights to cancel the campaign and remove any points at any time as deem fit.

PT Paywatch Solutions Indonesia shall have its own rights to decline any Paywatch user for the Welcome Bonus for any reason it may deem fit, including but not limited to the following scenarios:

• Where the User is in breach of any terms and conditions of this Promotion or the User Terms and Conditions of Paywatch; and/or The Paywatch app is being used on a device which has been jailbroken or rooted.
