Reward Terms & Condition

  1. Eligibility

    1. You are required to complete the registration of Paywatch app and be eligible to use Paywatch app to participate in Paywatch Rewards. You will be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions by participating in the Program.

    2. As an eligible Paywatch user, you are eligible for points upon completing campaigns in Paywatch app, subject to the eligibility of the campaign. You are also eligible for points redemption subject to the Terms and Conditions.

    3. Eligbile Paywatch users are entitled to participate in campaigns and receive other rewards and privileges from time to time, subject to the respective Terms and Conditions.

    4. Paywatch Rewards and points are non-transferable.

    5. Paywatch Rewards is completely free. Only eligible Paywatch users who have successfully registered to Paywatch app will be eligible for points. Paywatch at our sole discretion can choose to remove users from Paywatch Rewards should they be found to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions as stated herein.


  2. Points

    1. 2.1 Reward one (1) point for every Rp1 spent. A minimum spend of Rp1 is required to earn points. Subject to the campaigns. Paywatch users may check their points balance and transaction history on the app, which serves as conclusive evidence. Paywatch reserves the right to change the adjust the amount and value of the points. Example:

      1. Rp5200= 5000 Points

      2. Rp19000 = 10000 Point

    2. Points may be redeemed according to the redemption catalogue provided on the Paywatch Rewards, subject to compliance with the redemption procedures. Paywatch reserves the right to make the final decision on the product catalogue to be redeemed without prior notice. The points balance will be recalculated upon confirmation of redemption.

    3. Points expiry may differ depending on the campaigns, and unused points will automatically be forfeited.

    4. Points are non-exchangeable and non-convertible to cash. Subject to campaigns. Forfeited or unredeemed points cannot be reinstated, and there will be no extension of the validity period for unused points.

    5. Paywatch reserves the right to adjust or cancel points and take any necessary action with or without notice to users if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, erroneous, abusive, or dishonest point earning or redemption activity.

    6. Once points are redeemed, they cannot be cancelled, exchanged for cash, or returned. Paywatch bears no responsibility for resolving disputes over redeemed products or services received as rewards. Users must settle such disputes with the relevant service establishment or product supplier. Reward redemption is subject to additional terms and conditions of the company, supplier, and/or third party. Paywatch makes no, and hereby waives and disclaims, any representations or warranties regarding the vouchers, services and/or physical products redeemed, any services contemplated hereby, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, and/or any implied warranties arising out of course of dealing. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, PAYWATCH specifically disclaims any representation or warranty regarding any economic or other benefit that you might obtain through your redemption or usage of the Voucher.

    7. Paywatch no responsibility, warranty, or liability for any failure or delay of any goods, services, or rewards supplied by a supplier or third party.

    8. Paywatch disclaims responsibility for any delay, accrual, or accumulation of Points. PAYWATCH reserves the right to deduct all or part of the points for refund or cancellation transactions as it deems fit.


  3. Termination of membership

    1. Your Paywatch Rewards will be automatically terminated in the event your Paywatch app or account is terminated.

    2. Any unredeemed points balance will be forfeited automatically upon cancellation or termination of your membership.

    3. Points cannot be accumulated, carried forward, or transferred.

    4. Paywatch reserves the right, at our absolute and sole discretion and with or without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your membership for any reason we deem fit.


  4. General

    1. Paywatch shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with or without prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breach of any User Terms and Conditions

    2. By participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions governing the use of facilities, benefits, or services associated with your membership, which may be amended or varied from time to time.

    3. Paywatch may, at its sole and absolute discretion, settle disputes as it deems appropriate. Paywatch's decision shall be final and conclusive. Paywatch shall not be liable for any breach of duty of care owed to user by any of Paywatch's employees, staff, or authorized personnel, or for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or punitive damages of any kind.

    4. Paywatch reserves the right, at any time, to vary, modify, replace, substitute, or terminate the feature or any rewards, benefits, features, or privileges under the Paywatch Reward or withdraw Points from use, with or without prior notification to users, and without being liable in any way to users.

    5. Paywatch reserves the right at its absolute discretion, from time to time, to vary, add to, delete or otherwise amend these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof by giving you twenty-one (21) days prior notice of such changes, additions or deletions. Your continued use of the Program after the effective date of any variation, addition, deletion or amendments to these Terms and Conditions shall constitute your unconditional acceptance of such variation, addition, deletion or amendments.

    6. Paywatch may, in its sole discretion, serve you notice under these Terms and Conditions by posting such notice on the Paywatch’s website, or any other online or other medium, which Paywatch may introduce from time to time.

    7. Subject to applicable laws, PAYWATCH may, at any time and at its sole discretion:

      1. Change the method of calculating earned Points, modify the method of earning Points, and change the validity period of points;

      2. Change or withdraw users benefits and/ or modify the eligibility and qualifications for earning points;

      3. Withhold and cease points awarded; and/or

      4. Terminate the Program;

        with or without prior notice to the user and at its sole discretion.


  5. Disclosure of information to third-party supplier for the purpose of delivery or services render

    1. For the purpose of delivery or services rendered, PAYWATCH may disclose your information to third party suppliers.

    2. You acknowledge that once your information is shared with the third-party suppliers, the third-party suppliers shall have sole and full control of the copy of your information disclosed and you are required to contact the relevant third-party suppliers for any matters in relation to it.

    3. Paywatch hereby is released from all obligations and responsibilities towards the copy of information which is shared with the third-party suppliers. For clarification, Paywatch shall at all times ensure that your personal data and information in the control of Paywatch shall be processed in accordance to Paywatch privacy notice and the applicable laws.
